The next thing to notice is that this woman was definitely afraid, and her reaction may have been more than what was warranted. But it’s important to note that she wasn’t irrationally afraid. She stated what she was worried about at the very beginning of the video, and it happened.

A Good Analogy of the Christian Trinity
If you haven’t seen this very important high-quality video about Bad Analogies the Christian idea of the Trinity, then you are missing out. I present it here for your edification: I remember watching this and feeling challenged to come up with an analogy that doesn’t break some heresy of the Christian church. And I think…
Evangelical Christianity and Invasion of Postmodernist Political Heresy
This is the third note in what has become a series. The first post dealt with my explanation of the ideological root of Postmodernism in our society. The Second was an explanation of the “What We Believe” second of Black Lives Matter, and how it is invading parts of Christianity. This post gives a bigger…
Christians: Beware of “Black Lives Matter (TM)”
Not long ago, I wrote about the dangers of Postmodernism to both our culture and our faith. Now, I’m going to get very specific and jump right in: Christians, Beware of Black Lives Matter (TM). The Obvious Caveats I put that (TM) in there to remove any ambiguity. Do black lives matter? Of course. Is…
A Suggestion for Policing the Police
This is the fourth piece in a series. It offers a suggestion for holding police accountable for bad acts, as the current system we have does not seem to work. My Previous Reporting and the Current Situation Right now, the nation is reeling and angry after witnessing the death of George Floyd of Minneapolis. Four…
The New Duties of Ordinary Citizens
This piece is the third in a series. This piece is a call to action for Citizens who wish to improve our country in these extraordinary times. The previous pieces were more Christian than this will be, including an identification of the spiritual nature of our moment and the presence of a very dishonest enemy…
A Series For Christians, Citizens, Brothers, and Riots
The last series of mine (here, here, here, here, and here) was perhaps the first time in my life that I have ever been absolutely and completely alone in my opinion about a very important matter. I’ve been alone in some things, but not like that. But from what I can tell from my stats…
An Overview of Video Evidence Surrounding George Floyd’s Death
On Monday, May 25, 2020, George Floyd died while being apprehended by police. This post does not discuss any autopsy, as it was not available to review. All identifications of speakers and individuals in the video are my own using the linked videos. What we know is that according to news reports, the police were…
What IS a Spiritual Gift?
I write this post because I have not seen it written anywhere else. I’ve been thinking about spiritual gifts for years. I’ve seen debates like the Strange Fire position by John MacArthur. I’ve seen debates on cessationism and continuonism about the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and I don’t like what I hear. So, just…
Serious Christian Talk About Depression and Suicide
I think Christians have a hard time talking about suicide, because doesn’t everybody have a hard time talking about something as weighty as suicide? I’d like to make my own attempt to bridge that gap and give some real talk. Jordan Peterson is one of the people I’ve seen honestly wrestle with this in a…
The Election and Free Will Debate
This post is an abbreviated version of a thought that I had about the whole “Election vs. Free Will” debate that exists in Christian circles. The Election of God and the Free Will of Man Is God sovereign and omnipotent and omniscient and good (all the traditional qualities of God)? Or do human being have…
A Second Look at Jesus’s “Wrong” Answer
There is a story in the gospels that we often skip over without delving deep into what it says. I’m talking about the rich young man in Matthew 19. The interaction is below: And behold, a man came up to him, saying, “Teacher, what good deed must I do to have eternal life?” And he said to…
