    Hi there!

I’ve paid with Google Pay (I think twice by accident) and have not received the item. It said there was an error. I was purchasing the Esther chronology notes, but have not received them or been able to download them.

This is concerning, and I’m going to look into it today. I’ll be in touch with you ASAP.

I checked both the bank account and the WooCommerce plugin, and I have no record of an order, a payment, or any money being collected for a purchase. I also don’t have a record of your email address (which should be a part of making the order) to allow me to contact you. But I also tried to use the “buy with Google Pay” button in a test purchase, and I had trouble completing an order. So I think you’re on to something.

Therefore, check your bank statement to make sure money didn’t go out of your account, and if it didn’t, try again, but do the following:

      1. Click on the resource you want to buy but DON’T click the “buy with Google Pay” button.
      2. Instead, just click “Add to Cart.”
      3. Then “View Cart.”
      4. Then MAKE SURE the quantity is at one (1), and then click “Proceed to Checkout.”
      5. Enter your Credit Card details and click “Place Order.”
      6. Once that is done, you should get a pop-up to download the PDF of the resource, and download the resource.

And if money DID go out of your account, just contact me by email through the “Speaking Engagements” contact form, and we’ll take this discussion private. If you can prove you paid money (even if it didn’t get to me), I’ll just send you the resource.

Sorry about that, and I’ll try to fix that Google Pay issue.

The download link after purchase says my download limit has been reached. I didn’t get to download it.

Since I can see you paid on my end, I’ll just send you an email with the document.
